- 1 slice fresh sourdough bread
- 1–2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Zejd Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Toast the sourdough slice until golden.
2. Layer the tomato slices over the bread.
3. Add slices of fresh mozzarella on top of the tomatoes.
4. Place fresh basil leaves on top of the mozzarella.
