INGREDIENTS
  • baguette, cut into slices
  • 2 tbsp. Zejd balsamic infused olive oil
  • ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • salt
  • 1 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. fresh basil
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 200°c.
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle or brush with olive oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the strawberries, Zejd balsamic infused oil, honey, and salt until combined.
  4. Spread each toast generously with ricotta cheese then top with strawberries mixture
  5. Season with pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with basil and serve.
