  • ½ cup Zejd Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • .2 anchovy fillets (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a blender or food processor, combine Zejd Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies (if using), salt, and pepper. 2. Blend until smooth and well combined. 3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. 4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and mix well. 5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. 6. Drizzle over your favorite salad and enjoy a healthier twist on the classic Caesar dressing!
