INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ¾ cups  sugar
  • Zest of 2 orange
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup infused orange oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup cocoa
INSTRUCTIONS
  •  Preheat the oven at 180 degree C.
  •  Grease the pan generously.
  •  Whip the eggs with the sugar until pale and fluffy.
  •  Shift and mix all the dry ingredients.
  •  Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and the wet mixture and stir until combined. Do not over beat.
  •  Pour the batter in the pan and bake for 50 min.
  •  Set aside to cool for 10 min before removing from the pan.
